1 Simple Way To Kill Sugar Cravings

How often do you have sugar cravings? How often do you give into them? How would you like to kill sugar cravings forever?

One thing I hate is when I get cravings for sugar.

I hate it because whenever it comes on I have this inner battle in my head as to whether I should give in or not.

I logically know that I shouldn’t, but the sugar just tastes so good! It’s that whole angel vs. the devil on either one of your shoulders and you can’t decide which one to listen to. The devil is constantly screaming in your ear SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR and your angel is trying to fight back but the voice isn’t loud enough.

If you’re like I used to be you would usually give into the devil because he slowly wears you down until you just have to say yes.

You just say F^*K it and you go for that donut or that piece of cake because you can’t take it anymore.

What if you could win the fight every time though? What if you could get rid of the devil in less than 5 minutes?

Recently I have found a way you can eliminate sugar cravings almost instantly and help you keep away from all of the crappy food.

Why Do we get sugar cravings?

Before I give you the simple tip as to how to get rid of cravings, I want to let you know that you’re not alone or a bad person because you get these cravings.

Everyone gets sugar cravings and there are a few reasons for it.

The biggest reason we get sugar cravings is that we’re  actually wired to crave sugar. Our ancestors used to gorge themselves on fat and sugar when they had the opportunity to do so because these foods were full of energy and our ancestors knew that they’d better stock up now because they didn’t know when they would get the opportunity to eat again. Usually, the “sugar” came from honey or a lot of berries.

This usually worked out pretty well for them because they couldn’t give into the cravings all of the time, and when they did have the sugary foods they would burn them off with all of the exercise they would do on a daily basis.

Unfortunately for us, we have sugar at our fingertips everywhere we look and it’s easy to get sucked into the temptation and start bringing all of the time and we also don’t move as much as we used to.

The second reason you could be craving sugar is that the bad bacteria you in your stomach. If you’ve got bad bacteria then you’re going to be craving sugar because that’s what they feed off. They love simple sugars that can be digested easily and that’s why you always want those sweet treats, it’s your bacteria starving for it

The last reason you might want sugar is because you’re lacking in certain micronutrients. Usually when the body is deficicent in something we start to get massive cravings and we just want to eat anything in sght. this is because the body is saying ‘Hey i’m deprived of this nutrient and I want it now’ the body doesn’t know how to get that nutrient so your mind just thinks ok let’s eat any food in sight.

Now that you know some of the reasons you could be craving sugary food, here’s one thing you can do.

Because these cravings come from the gut and usually it’s the bad bacteria in your stomach causing the most trouble, we need to clear that up pretty quickly and the easiest way to do that is by drinking apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar is very potent and our bad gut bacteria hate it. When you drink it it’s going to immediately suppress your appetite for the sugar and you can actually feel this happening as you drink it.

What I recommend is measuring out about 20 – 25 ml of apple cider vinegar in a glass and just take a shot of it. If you can’t tolerate just taking a shot, dilute it in some warm water first. When you drink the apple cider vinegar you’re actually going to be able to feel it working inside your stomach attacking the bad bacteria.

Sidenote: Apple cider vinegar is very acidic so it will be hard for some people to tolerate, i also recommend that you brush your teeth afterwards so that you don’t do long term damage to your teeth.

After taking a shot of apple cider vinegar and waiting 5 minutes, I guarentee that your sugar cravings are going to decrease because you’re knocking out the bad bacteria that’s in your stomach and they’re not going to be causing you any issues.

Give it a go and leave a comment below to tell me how it worked.
