There are a lot of different types of intermittent fasting that have been coming about recently and this trend isn’t going to stop. I’ve been doing a lot of research of my own discovering new and different techniques and trying them out, not just on myself by also with my clients.
If yo want to ramp up your fat burning and get even better results then fasting could be the right diet for you.
Watch this video to discover the different types of fasting that are out there so you’re able to decide which one is going to be best suited for your current situation.
At the current moment, I am following a fasting method that lasts for a minimum of 14 hours and I only eat during the daytime. This is because of the research that’s coming out from Dr. Satchin Panda and time restricted feeding during the day and not consuming any calories at night.
I have notice that my energy levels still are great and I love not having to stuff my gut full of food at 5 am in the morning before I see my first clients.
All of these Fasting methods work and one isn’t specifically better than the other. If you’re trying to lose body fat then trying any of these will work. Remember it depends on your goals as to what type of fasting you do. Some of the fasting methods have other longevity benefits associated with them, but that’s for another video.
If one method doesn’t seem to work, try and change it up to something else, maybe you find yourself overeating with the 5/2 diet or that your energy drops too low, maybe you prefer to have one big meal a day. Try each one for two weeks or until you find the right method of fasting for you.
