Injuries can happen anytime to anyone who is working out. It is one of the risks one can experience when going to the gym. However, it is highly preventable if one pays attention to their body’s responses from time to time.

 

The human body gives a signal when something is off – it might be pain or discomfort. That is why it is equally important to be cautious and lower the risk for an injury because being injured only limits one’s full potential to achieve their goals; worse, it may have some serious consequences on one’s life.

 

It takes wisdom and courage to know when to stop. Tyson stresses the importance of proper execution of an exercise and stopping an exercise program as necessary when something feels not right to prevent injuries.
