The demand for quick results may be the cause why some people overtrain – overtraining is a concept that may have originated with elite athletes and their training regimen – but Tyson clarifies that there is no way for an ordinary person to put himself or herself in an overtrained state. For most cases, if not all, it may be a case of underrecovering and not overtraining.


Tyson gives out pieces of advice on how you can recover better from your workout.
