High Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Do you need a quick protein snack that tastes great, isn’t full of crap and will make you feel fuller for longer?

Try out this recipe of high protein peanut butter balls that I’ve made.

This will only take you about 10 minutes to make and is super simple.

High Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Combine protein powder, coconut flour, honey and cacao powder. Then mix well.
Add peanut butter and combine

Refrigerate for a 1/2 an hour before enjoying.

You can watch the full video on how to make these protein balls by clicking on the link below.

The best thing about these protein balls is that they’re actually high in protein. Just two of these protein balls a day equal 20g of protein which is way more than whtypicallytypical marketed protein balls have which is maybe 5g at best. You can have these in the morning when you’re rushing on the way to work have them as a lunch time tread or you could have them as a bed time snack.

Because they’re high in protein and healthy fats and low in carbs they’re not going to be that high in calories either.

If you have any other recipes you’d like for me to show you how to make, send me an email and i’ll reply and make a video.
